Yes, we do. Telehealth sessions are available via telephone or video conference.
Please contact us via the enquiry function on the website. Alternatively, you can also email info@flowstatepsychology.com. One of our practitioners will respond and contact you to organise a date and time for your initial appointment.
Please refer to each practitioner’s information for their individual work hours.
After you have contacted us, one of our team will be in touch to further discuss your enquiry. When your enquiry has been processed, the psychologist that you engage with will be communicating directly with you.
Upon arrival to the Flow State Psychology building please make yourself comfortable in our waiting room. Your practitioner will come and collect you when it is time for your session.
There is onsite parking available at the clinic.
We are on the second floor of 22 Boron St. Sumner. Once you have parked, look for the brick path that will lead you to the front of the building. Enter the building and go up the stairway. We are at the top of the stairs.
You can make a booking with or without a referral. However, to receive a Medicare rebate you will need a referral from your GP or Psychiatrist.
Payment is taken through debit or credit card at the conclusion or beginning of each session. Each practitioner has their own system for payment. Please feel free to further discuss this with them.
Flow State Psychology is NOT a crisis or emergency service. If you are in need of emergency services please call 000.

Please let your psychologist know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. We acknowledge that unexpected life events may interfere with your ability to attend your appointment. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations or non-attendance may result in another client missing an opportunity for timely treatment. If you cancel your session with less than 48 hrs notice you may incur a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that the APS recommended cancellation fees are:
0 – 24 hours notice: Full fee
24 – 48 hours notice: 50% of fee
