Evidence-based Psychological Treatment
Collaborative Care
Our goal is to provide holistic care working together with a patient’s General Practitioner and medical team. We believe a shared care model helps us do the best by our patients.
We offer evidence-based psychological treatment for adults for a range of mental health issues. We believe in working together to achieve the best patient outcomes.
How to Send Through a Referral
Please email or fax the referral to the Flow State Psychology contact details.
Referrals should be addressed to The Psychologist, unless you are referring to an individual psychologist (you can read more about our psychologists expertise and areas of interest in the Our Team section).
Please give as much information as you can about the presenting issue and if there are any patient preferences e.g. female psychologist.
The psychologist who has accepted the referral will contact the client and maintain communication with their care team.
