Skills to Improve Your Life

We work to create programs that support your individual therapy process and programs to support your personal and professional development.

Learn skills to build your knowledge and competency in wellbeing topics such as sleep hygiene, management of mental health, stress management, building resilience, improving relationships, leveling up communcation skills, among others.

If you are interested in learning skills to support your individual therapy journey, let us know. We are open to requests if there are particular wellbeing topics you are interested in learning about.

“Once you start making the effort to ‘wake yourself up’ — that is, to be more mindful in your activities — you suddenly start appreciating life a lot more.”

Evidence-based Psychological Treatment

Collaborative Care

Our goal is to provide holistic care working together with a patient’s General Practitioner and medical team. We believe a shared care model helps us do the best by our patients.

We offer evidence-based psychological treatment for adults for a range of mental health issues. We believe in working together to achieve the best patient outcomes.

How to Send Through a Referral

Please email or fax the referral to the Flow State Psychology contact details.

Referrals should be addressed to The Psychologist, unless you are referring to an individual psychologist (you can read more about our psychologists expertise and areas of interest in the Our Team section).

Please give as much information as you can about the presenting issue and if there are any patient preferences e.g. female psychologist.
